Payment Options
Art of Life participates in most insurance programs, but please call us at 770-632-1995 if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for your chiropractic care. For patients who have no insurance coverage, a self paying price is available.
Insurance
There are a few insurance plans accepted at our chiropractic office, we are in network with Blue cross plans and United.
Medicare: Has very limited coverage, you will need to pay the clinic fee at the time of service. We will file your forms at our expense and they may reimburse you for a portion of care you've received. Sometimes they reimburse patients more than what they reimburse health care providers.
Our goal at Art of Life is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, a self paying price structure is available. We are happy to accept cash, check, debit and credit cards for payment.
